Apply First Coat primer undiluted or a comparable undiluted interior latex wall primer that will equalize the texture and porosity variation between the joint compound and the gypsum board face paper
The compound’s dust control formulation has been independently verified by Worker Industrial Hygiene Testing. Lightweight Joint Compounds including All Purpose with Dust Control are not recommended for skim coat applications.
